Website purpose

This website showcases Kennedy Laser Works and helps visitors discover products or request custom-project quotes. It does not process orders or payments.

Orders and Etsy

Product purchases are completed through Etsy. Availability, final pricing, payment, order changes, returns, and other transaction terms are governed by the applicable Etsy listing and shop policies.

Custom quote requests

Submitting a custom-project inquiry is a request for discussion and a quote, not an order or guarantee of availability. A project begins only after details, pricing, timing, and next steps are confirmed.

Handcrafted variation

Wood grain, color, and other natural or handcrafted characteristics may vary. Project details should be confirmed before an order is placed.

Local pickup

Local pickup in Budd Lake is available only by prior arrangement. Contact Kennedy Laser Works before ordering so the pickup discount can be arranged. The workshop is not a public retail storefront.

Shipping

Nationwide shipping is available for eligible pieces. Cost and timing depend on the item and destination and are confirmed through the order or quote process.
